With their first preseason game coming up Thursday, the Jacksonville Jaguars took the field for their second consecutive practice of the week Tuesday. Per Mike Kaye of First Coast News, Day 11 was a bit of a change up from the two previous sessions as the team worked mostly on situational football. That said, here are some takeaways from Tuesday’s session:
Rookie quarterback Tanner Lee put together another strong day as this week has been his best overall. Kaye pointed out that he went his third consecutive day without throwing a pick and seems to be reading the field better this week. That in mind, it appears he’ll get plenty of time on the field in Thursday’s matchup agains New Orleans Saints as the starters are likely to see limited action.
